Our guides use forecasts and local knowledge to decide on the best place to chase the Northern Lights. When we find the best spot, we will dress in warm thermal suits, make a cosy campfire, and enjoy a warm meal. During the tour, your guide will take photos of you, which will be available for free in web-sized resolution after the tour.
Relax by the fire with hot tea before returning to your hotel in Tromsø. Though there is never a guarantee of seeing this phenomenon, our Aurora Hunters will do their best every night of the season. Increase your chances of seeing the Northern Lights by joining on multiple evenings.

- Some nights the clear skies are on the coast so we will chase the gaps here. On the location, your guide will set up a cosy campfire and serve a homemade meal. Your guide will share with you stories about the region and explain the aurora borealis phenomenon as well as take professional photos of landscapes and portraits of our guests. (180 min)

- On occassion when it is too cloudy to have gaps in Norway we might cross the border to Finland. This will only be done when there are substantially higher chances of seeing gaps in the clouds in Finland then in Norway. On the location, your guide will set up a cosy campfire and serve a homemade meal. Your guide will share with you stories about the region and explain the aurora borealis phenomenon (120 min)
